Ingredients
Chicken & Capsicum:
- 8 chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1.5kg of SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato
- 6 red capsicum, sliced thinly
- 3 green capsicum, sliced thinly
- 30 soft shell tacos
- 2 cup corn kernels
- 500g shredded tasty cheese
Chicken & Avocado:
- 8 chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 30 hard taco shells
- 2 red onion, sliced thinly
- 4 avocados sliced
- 1.5kg of SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato
- 500g feta, crumbled
Recipe Method
Our chicken and bean tacos are colourful, vibrant and the perfect dinner for you and your guests!
Chicken & Capsicum:
- In a mixing bowl, toss sliced chicken breast with oil and taco seasoning.
- In a medium fry pan, cook chicken for 15 minutes over medium-high heat. Set aside.
- In the same pan, cook capsicum for 10 minutes or until softened. Set aside.
- To create the taco, layer chicken, SPC baked beans, capsicum, corn and shredded cheese. Enjoy!
Chicken & Avocado:
- Pre-heat your oven to 100c and place taco shells in it for 20 mins.
- In a mixing bowl, toss sliced chicken breast with oil and taco seasoning.
- In a medium fry pan, cook chicken for 15 minutes over medium-high heat. Set aside.
- To create the taco, layer chicken, red onion, avocado, SPC baked beans and feta. Enjoy!
