Ingredients

Chicken & Capsicum:

  • 8 chicken breast, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1.5kg of SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato
  • 6 red capsicum, sliced thinly
  • 3 green capsicum, sliced thinly
  • 30 soft shell tacos
  • 2 cup corn kernels
  • 500g shredded tasty cheese

 

Chicken & Avocado:

  • 8 chicken breast, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 30 hard taco shells
  • 2 red onion, sliced thinly
  • 4 avocados sliced
  • 1.5kg of SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato
  • 500g feta, crumbled

Recipe Method

Our chicken and bean tacos are colourful, vibrant and the perfect dinner for you and your guests!

Chicken & Capsicum:

  1. In a mixing bowl, toss sliced chicken breast with oil and taco seasoning.
  2. In a medium fry pan, cook chicken for 15 minutes over medium-high heat. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, cook capsicum for 10 minutes or until softened. Set aside.
  4. To create the taco, layer chicken, SPC baked beans, capsicum, corn and shredded cheese. Enjoy!

Chicken & Avocado:

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 100c and place taco shells in it for 20 mins.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss sliced chicken breast with oil and taco seasoning.
  3. In a medium fry pan, cook chicken for 15 minutes over medium-high heat. Set aside.
  4. To create the taco, layer chicken, red onion, avocado, SPC baked beans and feta. Enjoy!
